We do not provide files with custom artwork like crests, monograms or venue illustrations that were part of your stationery design, nor do we allow them to be used on other items printed by 3rd parties unless we do not carry this type of product. If you wish to use your custom artwork on items NOT provided by us, an Artwork Usage Fee is required.
For example: if you want to use your crest on ceremony programs or napkins you would have to place the order with us since we offer these items. However, if you want to use it on the dance floor or a bar wrap, you must purchase the Artwork Usage Fee.
Please note, purchasing the Artwork Usage Fee does not grant you the right to sell or distribute the artwork to anyone else but the third-party production company completing a custom project for your wedding event. This listing does not transfer the ownership rights to the purchasing party. It is only a license to use the image on any custom items produced for the agreed event.
Unauthorized use of custom artwork without purchasing the Artwork Usage Fee will result in legal copyright action.
