DESIGN & PROCESS

- We will send you an email within 3 business days to collect all the information
- Digital proof will be provided within 5 business days
- After your approval, your design will be sent to production
TIMELINE
A digital proof will be provided within 5 business days of us receiving all required information. Information must be sent at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Orders placed less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date are subject to a rush fee as well as expedited shipping charges. Orders will be shipped within 1 week of final proof approval. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
